Hey there! My name is Marta and I’m going to teach you Polish.

And believe me, I know what I’m doing.

Tell me…

Have you already tried to learn Polish but without success?

Do you feel like crying when you think about Polish cases?

Are your priorities speaking and communication?

Here I am! Solution to all your problems. 😉

What can I offer?

Individual approach. There is no method that will work for everyone. I will adjust the materials, pace and program to your needs and do my best to help you achieve your language goals.

Different types of courses. We can arrange regular classes at a specific level (A0-B2), but you can also come for conversation lessons or to catch up on some particular topic.

Professionalism, friendly atmosphere, lots of laughter and motivation. I will tell you how to study to make it effective. I will teach you practical, everyday language and help you to start speaking. Forget about learning unnecessary structures.

Who am I?

I am a graduate of Indology and Turkology at the Jagiellonian University,

postgraduate studies in humanitarian assistance at the University of Warsaw,

postgraduate studies in teaching Polish as a foreign and second language at the Pedagogical University.

Currently, as a Polish teacher, I am associated with the Pedagogical University in Kraków, the Polish Lab school in Wrocław and the Dialog School of Polish in Krakow.

In my work, I focus on a practical approach focused on overcoming the language barrier. I’m a well-trained teacher, who really knows how to do it.

I feel real satisfaction when students can talk freely in Polish language over coffee or beer, and the language, instead of a challenge, becomes a tool. Furthermore, I use a whole range of tools. I like when students have fun during classes.

In my free time I hitchhike the world. In Nigeria I was a volunteer at a children’s oratory, in Nepal I hiked the mountains admiring Annapurna, I traveled across India from south to north with a backpack and I wandered through Turkish Kurdistan as a passenger of a truck smuggling cigarettes from Iran.

My second home is Italy, and I will always be happy to return to India. My other passion, after teaching, is writing. I write non-fiction stories (my texts can be found in well known Polish media as Nowa Europa Wschodnia, Krytyka Polityczna, weekend.gazeta.pl and more).

Contact me here first. Let’s check if we can find suitable time for our classes. I can offer individual courses, or you can bring a partner or friend and learn together.

We will arrange a short conversation on Zoom. I will check your Polish level if you have already studied it. If not, I will ask you questions about your language goals, priorities, and other things that will help me prepare a proper course for you.

Here we go! Your adventure begins. We can meet once or twice a week. I conduct classes on the Zoom platform and provide all necessary materials. The entire program is tailored to your individual needs. We learn actively, have fun, and focus on speaking.
